The dress is full-length Indigo or Midnight Blue polyester crepe, Hainsworth 112, with midnight-blue polyester lining except at the sleeves.
Construction
It has a drop-waist seam, set-in cummerbund, round neck with five prescribed pleats, short unlined sleeves and one-piece front bodice and skirt sections.
The integral cummerbund uses three pleats in the dress material, with top, middle and lower pleats specified at three-quarter inch, one inch and approximately one-and-one-quarter inches.
Dimension
The epaulettes are two inches wide with one-eighth-inch piping and are set into the sleeve head one-quarter inch from the neck edge.
