Description

Scots Guards No. 1 Dress is the dark blue ceremonial dress worn by officers for parades, inspections, state occasions and other formal military duties. It comprises the dark blue barathea jacket with regimental buttons in threes and blue trousers or overalls with the scarlet stripe, cut and fitted to the wearer with rank detail and accoutrements applied to the authorised pattern.

Worn non-ceremonially in London, the same jacket with plain sewn-in shoulder straps is termed the Blue Jumper, with badges of rank embroidered in gold.

Fittings & Lead Times

Lead time is typically 8-12 weeks, depending on workshop capacity, fitting requirements and the date required.
