Woven gold cord shoulder boards for Royal Dragoon Guards officers' No. 10 Mess Dress, worn with 7/8" silver braid badges of rank.
Each board is fastened by a medium regimental screw button positioned to read RDG from the point of the shoulder. Subalterns wear the separate scarlet-refine epaulette pattern.
